Uninspired

Sometimes when its 57 on July 1st morning, inspiration is hard to come by. So this is summer vacation weather? I don't get it.
We are preparing to had out to CO tomorrow and this means a fun day of REI, chores, and car packing.
Holy Cross here we come, enjoy the image of our favorite mountain top filled with lakes, alpine tundra, and a beautiful pass. Longs Peak will end the trip with the 17 hour (for us land lubbers) hike, hopefully, this time to the summit. Somehow I am feeling a little out of stamina and wonder what my hikability will be. That depleted oxygen can really hit my hard, sometimes. However, worrying about it will get me nowhere. So pack up the walking sticks and here we come!
