Is It the Boobie Bungalow?

On our way South, we ask many of our annual and new to us this year friends of Seaside what they think makes the difference between Northerner and Southerner. We ask this because we feel that there is something to the low key, slow talking vibe that comes with hot hot hot Southern AL and FL sunshine in June, July, and August.
Charlie Modica says its that southerners know to "Take it to the whip."
Walt's good buddy says its that southerners know how to do many diverse things like, "Go to the beach and hang stuffed deer heads on their walls"
Uncle Earl's dog thinks its just takin it slow and steady in the hot warm heat.
I think its just that there happens to be a Boobie Bungalow in vicinity!
