Its middle of July and we are doing the responsible homeowner stuff like getting estimates for refinancing, sump pumps, tuckpoints, and sewer draining. B to the O to the R to the I to the N to the G! Goodness. Anyhow, all seems to be done for the day, now what to do with the rest of the day. I hear tennis. Bup got out during the tuckpoint estimate and walked around the corner and brought back a new friend to hang out on the back porch with today. Hilarious. Meet Bruno.
