Good Folks, Good Friends, and Good Life

There are three Goods that Noah and I have been discussing this past few days and we would like to pay homage to our good folks, good friends and good life that we have been a part of this past 12 days or so. Of course, family is in there too, however, not thi spast 12 days- so be not offended.
We would like to honor Bunny Hopper for being the most interesting blob we have met in recent weeks.
We would like to continue to dine on Willa cupcakes and Valentine vocabulary and fables.
We would like to cherish our oldest friends from childhood and welcome their fabulous choices into our life experience.
We giggle that our favorite sister realtor can get us to find our outward beauty again through magic potions and lotions that only she could get me to try.
We love the fact that our parents think of us and buy some super opticals for viewing the elks that were running the glacier on Thursday morning.
We like to notice the random ass folks we meet and get to know like Mike the neighbor whose new friend the Mortician has him completely stoked and inviting NOah to play a round of golf with them.
We even find it oddly typical that sentences like these fly out of our mouths and really don't strike us as oddly situational, "Hey, how much do you care that that library patron is looking at porn?" I mean of course I see the guy there, who flashed me a blip, and send me straight to the librarains front desk in disgust.
Noah and I both feel we live a life that is completely fulfulling and interesting for us. It is in these summer months that we get the time to reconnect, relax, and take notice of how "102%" that really all is. I mean, spending a day having lunch with Jean Michelle from Metz on top of Longs Peak's Chasm Lake after having climber a 14,000 + footer the other morning where we have healthy families and selves and friends... shit, life doesn't get much more lucky.
Mostly, this week we like the fact that our lives allow us to wander the mountain sides, get grounded, skip showers for 9 days straight, and enjoy the stars healthy and happy reveling in how lucky we are to be in such beauty and have such important family and friends in our lives. All this, following a week of working in The Brookie Wookie on the upcoming Arts Fair, searching for gardening grants, and designing our ideas and dreams for the future. As Liz says, its our enigma and we love it.
